Ok....im actually gonna weigh myself today. Oh how i avoid the scale like no other.
Thats my goal. And to track my calorirs. I am active by maintaining 5 acres and walking
many hours to retrieve practice gold shots. My problem is maintenance once i lose weight and getting started dieting. My body has alot of mucle with too much fat...lol.
Its morning now....im thinking of getting on scale but can't face the disappointment I will feel...
