Today marks one (1) month since I began this journey. In the last 30 days I have exercised at least five (5) if not more days a week, changed my eating habits, changed my mental being and lost 24 lbs. While I am a long way off from my goal, I am pretty proud of what I was able to accomplish. Yay me! :)
