Exercising at least five days a week. 45 minutes aerobic and another 20 minutes or so on the weight machines. I see some weight loss when I look in the mirror. Fat in my arms is being replaced with muscle. Weight loss I can see in my legs and around my face and neck. My stomach and man boobs are still freakishly large.
