Fell off track a little bit but I haven't lost steam. Consumed 1,500 calories today in three meals, no snacks, and drank 13 cups of water (so far). Also had a great day at the gym with a lower body workout that challenged me to break the mold: planks, leg and calf press, leg raises, step-ups, lunges, side-stepper squats, and ab bench crunches. Also warmed up with the elliptical and killed it on the treadmill, burning a total of 500 calories tonight. Not fuckin' bad.
