Well... It's no surprise that I've gained weight, although the amount is a tad surprising. Jeez, what a battle!
Anyway, I've been travelling and shifting homes. Also, I didn't have a scale to nag me over the past three months or so.
I'm settled again -- for a bit -- and I have a scale! So, the work begins anew. More walking, more cycling and I'm going back to juicing two meals a day (breakfast/lunch) to kick-start things.
The battle continues! Better news in two weeks. Or less. ;)
