Dropping slightly...maintaining the swimming...will swim 3 times this week, even with the disruptions of travel. Saturday I'm hoping to hike, so that will activate a lot of unused muscle groups...
185.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.1 lb a week
