i have not weighed my self lately, im going to give it sometime because when the scale does not say what i expected i always get disappointed cause it seems as if nothing working so no more scales... well maybe one time every week or so for the past two weeks i have been eating healthy i just need to make time to work out. I just bought a Wii so i hope that work because i wont be doing any outdoor activities do to the weather. GOOD LUCK TO ME!

Sade004's, you hang in there. It is always so difficult during the holidays. I have found keeping track of calories is the key. Always before I would say I have not eaten that much. I got the book Eat this Not That and it shows the calorie count for fast foods and such. That was an eye opener. I still look at that. It helps whenever I find my self in a difficult situation to make a good choice. Do Not Give Up. You will make your goal if you are true to yourself. You deserve it.
