So i had a week long binge...gained 11 pounds in 8 days. Hating my body right now... So frustrating. Makes me want to just eat whatever and balloon back up... I hate feeling sorry for myself. Wishing i could stay on track with low carb instead of giving in and eating junk!

Rant over! :(
166.0 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

Yes, it is frustrating. Results only come through persistence over time. Results that are slow and steady are the ones that will stick. But you know, you really do NOT want to eat whatever and balloon back up because you have already been down that road. You know that won't make you happy in the long run. We have a choice to think of our bodies as chemistry labs or temples. If it is a chemistry lab then the goal is to do whatever you can to it to make yourself feel good, no matter the cost. If it is a temple, then you show it respect.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to write encouraging words. You are right. I need to get my butt into fat burning mode and get myself out of this mood!
