I have pretty much cut out all breads and pastas and are getting my good carbs from beans and veggies. It was really hard at first but now I don't really crave it anymore.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.6 lb a week

you are doing super awesome! i find i am not craving carbs like i sued to either...its almost weird. i do think tho that if i were to let go and have them, i'd be hooked again :/ oh well, its all good for now. keep up the great job!!!
