SHEESH!!! Counting... So, yesterday I journaled about how I got the bread on sale and didn't mix my PB2, this caused my PBJ sandwich to be about.... 300 calories or so? Anyway, I'm logging now before I eat so I can plan my day. It turns out a small Charley's Chicken Cheese Steak has the same as if not less calories than that PBJ!! Of course, there's fat and other stats to consider.. but.. WOW..
