I weigh on Monday nights at gym so i didn't go yesterday due to having flu. So I'll record that weight stayed the same.

It probably has though due to shark week.
278.0 lb Lost so far: 46.7 lb.    Still to go: 79.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Get yourself a digital bathroom scale from Clicks. Weighing at night can mislead you since you will carry the weight of all that you eat and drink during the day. Personally I weigh myself on Thursday mornings about an hour after waking up and after using the loo and having a bath but before eating/drinking anything.

Get yourself a food scale while you are at it. You will be surprised at how much more accurate you can track your calories if you add food you eat at home per gram rather than per cup or per piece.

I actually have one from my weigh-less days. I'm gonna try to find it tonight. Thanks for that advise BBO.
