Probably not the best idea to weigh in the middle of the day. I should probably ignore the encouragement from my daughter to eat random things. Also don't allow her to feed me.
239.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I only check my weight on Saturday morning when I first get up and after I have used the restroom. If I check it everyday it either makes or breaks my mood for the day.
