Getting used to eating over 3k, weight is holding at 155ish. Need to work towards eating 4k daily, better meal prep, stop skipping leg day, add cardio, work abs more, research carbs/fats more, and take proper measurements/bodyfat/adjust macros.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
