The scale at the Dr's office said 178 - my scale at home 179. She praised my efforts and prayed with me. What an awesome dr & friend. I have to get over the sugar thing and start eating some fruit. Just hoping it won't overload me and give me the revenge.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
