Hi all! I just wanted to have my goals in writing... Hope you don't mind helping me be accountable for them!

1. I want to lose 117 lbs. total. I have lost 17 lbs. as of 10/31/11 so I think I am working that goal!!!

2. I will continue to eat on track with my diet plan (Atkins). But if I fall, I will dust of my knees and get back up!

3. I will exercise. By that, I don't mean I will spend 30 minutes convincing myself to do it and 15 minutes actually doing it. I mean I will exercise AT LEAST 30 minutes a day.

And finally...

4. I will waer a bathing suit without a skirt by summer 2012!

Sounds Awesome and completely doable. I have some of the same goals especially the bathing suit one. I'm on here everyday and set my goals daily. We can encourage each other. Lets get healthy forever. Lets not see these pounds ever again once we drop them. When we have a crappy day lets make it our business for the next day to be completely better. 1d@atime is my motto.

Thanks for the support on my goals! It is so great that we all have one common goal - a healthier lifestyle. I do try to log on everyday, if not from my laptop then I use my phone (with the exception of last weekend was a little tough as we were playing in Disney World/Universal Studios). Someone asked me today what my goal was and I automatically answered 135. She said no, no... what is your goal for today? That question is what prompted me to write that journal entry. So I guess my newest goal is to make a goal specific to each day. I am holding myself accountable because no one else got me to where I am today but me... Now I will get myself to where I need to be with the help of my new found friends! Thank you. I will do this one day at a time! I'd like to encourage you as much as you just encouraged me! :)
