Really pleased with myself. I walked 3 miles Sunday morning and another 4 miles in the evening and I enjoyed them both.

Nice one Jim keep doing the walking as much as you can, I did a 4 mile easy walk yesterday. My challenge starts today!!! how exciting.....had a disappointing 100g lose yesterday however I was a little naughty on the food front....its amazing how little bad food can upset ones weight lose so today going to be sooooo good....... x3 mean greens and a healthy dinner that I will dream about during the day........liking grill turkey hammered flat and covered with spices....boiled new potatoes and salad.
