I was avoiding the scale because I stopped tracking everything. I'm sure I was up at least 5 lbs, maybe as much as 7 but then I had to turn our old home which is now a rental. I do all the work myself so it was a week of constant work and not having time to think about eating. All my meals were simple and on the healthy side. I re-repainted the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, baseboards, fixed plugged sinks, scrubbed away mold in bathrooms, cleaned for hours, took away junk to the dump. Had things fixed, put in new lights, new carpet, replaced old blinds with new ones. It was a lot of work but now the place is clean and beautiful. It is really rewarding to see the place transformed. Kind of like turning back time. And all the constant work put me back in my maintenance zone. Phew!! Now I have to stay
123.3 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
