Went through the whole day at work and avoided eating any of the wonderful homemade cakes, cookies and candies everyone brought in for the Halloween party. Then when I got home, I was so hungry I started to pig out - ate Chocolate chips and cheese curls and Hershey Kisses and OMG - what is wrong with me - even when I am thinking I know I shouldn't, and don't want to eat this stuff, I do it anyway. I was doing so well, my weight was at an all time low this morning - I'm sure I it won't be tomorrow - it's the old sabotage habit back in play - just gotta start over in the morning!
