so day two yesterday we did goog garin better than me but I only have 22 carbs not bad .. and 1025 cals ...so I'm hoping to lose 15 lbs this month ..we will see where I am on july 25th. feeling a little upset at all the things that have gluten and Carbs ...onions..i love them they have carbs...bell peppers carbs...wtf.. head hurts from less cals and carbs... but I got some good ideas from pintrest hopefully I can make some good dinners this week ..
