Okay, so I'm not sure how this whole thingy works. Basically I've been a bit overweight for most of my life, it flucuates a bit, and I am a pants size lower than I was two years ago, but I still feel flabby and bloated. It doesn't help that I work at a restaurant that provides free meals, and that I switched to a less active management position around eight months ago. So, I know I need to get more active and eat better. Hopefully this will help?
