Went for a run and I feel good about my eating today. The fam ordered Chinese take-out, and I got steamed vegetables. No sauce, no rice. Just steamed veggies. You can eat healthy fast food! Still not seeing weight loss, I may have to step back my caloric intake a bit more. I downloaded a Calorie Restriction Recipe book written by CR Society members on my Kindle and I can't wait to get into that.
