Well I've had high difficulty finding something to eat in the morning as breakfast on this low-carb high-protein diet, but I've finally found something I can work with. Eggs and bacon, the real traditional breakfast for all em' muricans'. Personally I'm from Denmark, so it never really occurred to me as a possibility, but hey it works, so I'm happy. :)

A Real Dane???? Here???? Welcome to the family man. Your people come from some serious history. I doubt you even know the whole story. Yeah, bacon and eggs are a good start for keto. Solid choice indeed. Don't forget to get coconut oil. I do 4 tablespoons right from the spoon. Super boost your mind and body. GOOD stuff.

Always be about health. Focus on health and the rest will fall in place. And by health, as it relates to food (not crack or whisky), it's about smart choices. Embrace raw fats first - avocados, nuts, olives, coconuts- so many fresh items are available to us on this planet that don't have the fat molecules altered, damaged and or destroyed by high heat - cooking temps. Most meats are over processed starting with farming practices - so too with fisheries and the toxins in those waters and fish. Perhaps it's different in your part of the world. If you want to see your abs, a reduction in sugar and starches is the way to go. Along with being very active and or doing a work out regimen. Good luck and welcome.
And speaking of your part of the world - Denmark is a wondrous country, all of Scandinavia is. I once sailed to Copenhagen, right past the little mermaid who sits by the shore - onto Han's statue - right up to the most delightful Tivoli Gardens. We sailed to other nearby ports of call - all the way up to Helsinki - all the while enjoying the best smoked fish and cheeses!
Knuckles: Yes, I'm a real Dane... I do care a lot about history, so I would be surprised if you could challenge my knowledge of it. :P Coconut oil... Really? I'll look into it. Nunya: Yeah I feel the same. The most important must be to eat healthy, and try to make it fit the diet 2nd. :)

Nunya: Argh, yes. The little mermaid, and fish and cheeses. Damn you're making me jealous and hungry now. But yes, it's quite the sight here. Not that I notice it much, since it's normal for me. :)
