Plateau, at least it is at a lower level. I'd rather be here than bouncing around 250. Will I break out lower or will I fall up? And how long will it take?
247.2 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 85.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
