Thank you so much for the encouraging words. A bit of a struggle for me as much as i like,food though, lol. Butcdoing my best to stay focused.

Thank you Dee and kpwcalories. I have been working for the last 2 weeks to lose the pounds that I did. I only been eating lightly. My meals during the day consist of only a 5oz cup of Chobani yogurt and part skim mozzarella stick in the morning and I drink lots of water with a twist of lemon or seltzer water or I make fruit infused water. Then for snack in the morning it is any type of fruit. Lunch is the same, Yogurt, mozzarella stick, snack fruit water all through the day. Dinner is normal, 3oz of meat, 4oz vegi's and just 2 oz of a grain. The trick also is to eat early and not eat and go directly to bed. Your body takes 4 hours to break down your food and if that time is not allowed and you go to bed, you are guaranteed to have gained at least 1-2 pounds when you step on the scale in the morning. Also, portion sizes really matter. I fell off my good eating habits over the holidays and now working to get back on it. Thanks everyone for your support. Oh, I forgot, I do not drink soft drinks, sodas, orange juice, etc. Strictly water, seltzer water and infused fruit water because of all the sugar in the drinks. That is a culprit for weight gain. I also stay away from sweets, et al candy, cookies, cakes, ice cream, etc. for the most part when trying to achieve my goal and target weight. Don't get me wrong, everything is done in moderation. If I do decide to indulge in anything sweet, that is done in moderation as well.
