Today i am at the lowest weight in a long time i feel go and know i can do this, for every 3 pounds i lost in weight i have a bad day where i get to enjoy all the food i love but know i shouldn't eat by doing this it keeps me motivated and aiming at my goal, my goal for losing weight is to find myself, since i gained weight i lost me an i hate this feeling i want to feel how i used to feel i want to be me and feel happy about how i look, i know i can b skinny by January ready for my bday and also my holiday with mum, i know if my body is right, i will enjoy myself more and be the confident me who i used to be i need to bring back the old Carlene before university, i want to be a fitness instructor once again and this time really go for it make career out of it and start modeling and acting got myself in the place i should be in my life, plus find me a husband
