Im not hopeful.....it says calory intake should be 3700.....thats alot...i was told 1700 but ohh well

I would adjust to what you think it should be. Maybe consult other sites. I hear around the FS world that it's nearly always calculated high. I moved mine down - there was just no way I could consume that much once I got started.
