i started today with fat secret. after adding all my information my daily calories is 2100 per day. that is a lot. i never eat such a lot. at the moment i can't do any exercise as i have problems with my lung and i am waiting on test results. i lost 25 kg last year. i need to lose another 19.1kg to get to goal. i hope to make friends and buddies here that will help me on my weight loss journey please add me should you wish to become a buddy :)

Hi Anthea, welcome and all the best on your journey. I thought the same when I started that my calories was way to much , was sitting at 3000 and thought to myself that I never eat that much , I stuck to it and lost weight , so clearly I was eating more than that without even noticing

Hi Shane, thank you for the warm welcome.It sure seems alot coming from a 1200-1400 cals a day. I will see how this work for me, and hopefully by the next weigh in i will have some numbers to show :)

Anthea, I try to weigh in once a week, same time (usually mornings) on the same scale. Good luck!

ohk so i need to weigh in next week Monday morning, yeah i also like to weigh in, in the mornings, same scale, same spot and naked :) i hope to see a drop next week..

Some of us weigh in on Thursdays (also in the mornings), as this is far away from the previous weekend, if you ate a lot, then you have some time to empty the bowels, etc...
