did not eat much else besides a tuna wrap today. Although I am understanding how I need to eat better now.

It's really important not to miss meals unless you really have to for a reason. About 3-4 meals with healthy variations. Yur body keeps adjusting to the amounts of food it receives and has to store, process.😏👩🏻💪🏼

I am a chef, and that's the worst excuse of all. When your in the weeds, or busy you just can't stop to eat. This has been part of my problem I need to remedy. Thanks for the words of wisdom!
