Black Coffee. It's ok as long as I'm drinking it with a lid and can't see. :P I switched to tea because it saves about 100 calories to not add milk. But I'm out of tea... so I'm having black coffee.. which I'm not a fan of.. but I will be now.. Worked out yesterday, only for about 10 minutes, but it was a start. A pretty intense workout for ten minutes.. LOL and in this heat was sweating it up. I have that 'Tower 2000' on my door. I put the ankle wraps on the grabbed the hand bars and alternating triceps pushing down while bringing up the alternating legs. Using the 45# marker bands. I'm not going to be Ms. Olympia with this get up but at least it's a get up and I'm going... :P Goal is to do another 10 minutes today.
