I'm up a pound. I'm not surprised at all. I am surprised I'm not up 3 pounds after all that I ate this weekend. Thank god I come to work otherwise I would weigh 300 pounds. Funny if I'm off, I tend to eat more and unhealthy foods although I have more time to actually prepare meals.
Thanksgiving was great. Cooked all day and pretty much ate all day. It was nice being around family. Its always great to cook. My lil cousin Nancy is quite the baker, we both made some delicous deserts "pumpkin cheesecake" from scratch and "Sweet Potato and banana pie" Yummy.
I'm definitely running today, I have to. I have slacked off. Its hard when I am not focused on an actual race, I tend to take a detour now and then.

How funny, I made pumpkin cheesecake from scratch, too! That's good that they're both into baking. Their mom told me Christina is really into baking cupcakes, too. : )
