Have been following a gluten free, dairy free, yeast free, reduced oil diet since ~ the second week of March. Initially lost 18 lbs within 3 weeks, with an add'l 5 lbs since. My exercise level has been minimal so with an increase, I hope to get down to 170 lbs, which is the upper safe zone for my BMI. Feeling good about this progress!
