I made it through another family birthday party. Resisted most the empty calorie food but I did have a small piece of cake (for the first time since I started my healthy lifestyle.)
I am still weighing myself every day, but I am ok with it and I am not letting the ups get me down because I know I am going in the right direction overall and I am looking at my weekly weight to judge my progress.
SO, I really want to write the biggest news of my life. I allowed my husband to see my weight. I haven’t told anyone ever since after high school. It feels sooooo liberating. I wear contacts, and I wanted to weigh myself first thing in the morning, so I called him over and asked him to read the scale for me. Anyway, I am just excited about life, about my small success so far, about this fantastic relationship/marriage I am in, and about my future with this wonderful man and my wonderful ne healthy body!
