I came down with a cold so it's actually been easier to adhere to my diet as I haven't wanted to eat much lately. I loaded up on Vit C, Zinc, Airborne, Magnesium, Potassium, Selenium, L-Lysine and lots of water. So if this bug gets worse it's one hell of a bug!
137.7 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.0 lb a week
