I thought weight would be up actually as have been pigging out somewhat. However, I have got away with it short term. Did a lot of speed sprints this week so maybe that helped limit the damage. Still off chocolates, cakes, biscuits and added sugar in general. Look quite fit despite all the eating,
135.4 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.2 lb a week
