Fat: 28.6 -> 27.6
Water: 48.5 -> 49.2
Muscle 31.3 -> 31.8

Pretty much the weight from last week, although I didn't record it here.
Pretty good considering I had a naughty Saturday with omelette and steak and cheescake and way too much alcohol! ;-)
185.4 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi MissT2309, I'm not. I was fasting over March and April for religious reasons and taking a fat burner. Could have dropped far more but I was nursing an injury. Basically just trying to eat sensibly. Cutting out sugar, eat veggies, fruit and fish n eggs. keep red meat to a minimum and that's really it. Not banting or carbing or paleoing or nothing.

wow okay but thats good ey. its sometimes better to not label everything otherwise you end up with obsessing and an eating disorder in the end ufortunately :/ well keep well and keep up the good work!
