Feeling better about myself. Really have to keep my mind set that everything has to be counted and logged . Those little taste to add up. And if you grab something on the run it does count.
Spent more time at the gym and it paid off.
160.2 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 10.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
