emphasis on lots of salads and veggies; cooking more; lean protiens - feel good. Kneww is tricky - dis a short walk yesterday and was fine.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
