Today is the official start of my "Get Healthy" Plan. Now that I joined LA Fitness, I will work out at Least four days a week. Limit fried food to a barre minimum and drink water with most meals...
283.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week
