Weighed myself a second time ... it went down.

I've been following low carb mostly. I've gone off for one meal midweek, last Wednesday ... but felt sick from the carbs, afterwards.

This weekend, I went off, as well. Didn't log my food on Sunday ... ate a teeny bit of cake, two cookies and two torrone (Italian nougat). All the sugar made me hurl.
144.8 lb Lost so far: 58.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.7 lb a week
