Last week was bad - gained only a pound, thank god. It was "that time of the month" and I found it very hard to stick with diet and excerise. Although I did excerise everyday, it was no where near what I usually do. But back to business this week - gotta fit into that bathing suit in a months time.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
