I was filled with enthusiasm for a going on a good walk today and then the heavens opened and it rained for three hours so I ended up watching the snooker finals - still am. So much for good intentions! We go to Scotland this weekend for ten days and I hope most of the days will be active ones although I'm limited by hubby's endurance which is small. Angina. However Scotland is fish, shellfish and berries. A good diet is hoped for. I'm determined not to put any weight on and even hope to lose. Lets see what the scales say when I get back but my tablet is going with me and I WILL log everything. I've also joined the University of the Third Age and they have dance and yoga sessions so you can see I really am committed 😁😁😁😁😂
