Have not been going to very physical yoga, only Tuesday morning slow flow and Sunday evening restorative. Also eating non-vegan diet sometime. So, less activity and more calorie dense eating = weight gain. I'm up 8 1/2l lbs. since Sept 15 2013 when I hit a low of 157.5.
