STRESS CITY these last couple of weeks, so I slacked on my diet and exercise, but still watching what my portions and got a walk in if I could. Today, I started (well.. was supposed to anyway) my fat in take and I'm going to be more aware of my calories I'm eating. According to the USDA, I should be eating about 1829 calories. After putting in what I remember eating... 1700! WOOWHOO! I'm going to do it this time.. for real.. for life!
