THE SCALE ISN'T EVERYTHING! Glad that I survived a whole month of my diet whithout any cheat days! I just didn't need to! It's true that I haven't lost weight in two weeks, but I feel the change and I'm baring in mind that I'm gaining muscle mass from the workouts! In one month I accomplished much more than just weight loss: I always have energy to do more, My skin looks great, I never feel hungry, I get compliments all the time,I got to a point where seeing oily junk food, processed foods and sweets make me feel sick! This is the real change! and i don't care if the scale doesn't move for the next year, I am carrying on with the diet, in fact I'm making it a lifestyle, not a diet I regret giving up before just because the weight loss stopped at some point, I promise myself to never give up from now on Thanks everyone for your support and for sharing your experiences and wisdom with me Always remember: the scale isn't everything!
