Juicing fresh veggies, veggies daily for breakfast and sometimes dinner. Snacking on nuts and fruit and carrots through the day. Drinking Alkaline electrolyte water. Also eating lean ground turkey a few days a week.

I have been baking sweet potatoes, but have not eaten them yet... :/

taking women's multivitamin, flaxseed oil capsule and biotin daily w/ meals.

GOALS: To be strong, to have stamina, to lose the excess weight. To detox, to run/ walk/ play/ swim/ do yoga/ do more 5k challenges to live life.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 84.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 0.8 lb a week

I enjoy working out and being active outside in the sun or rain, I enjoy working out with a partner - which makes working out that much fun. I currently do not have a workout partner - other than my 9yr old daughter - which I want her to be happy about her abilities in her body and feel strong and capable. We do yoga together. I am thinking of joining a gym or a work out group- Thinking about DAM Sport Fitness Club, doing TRX, dance Classes for fun and fitness action, hip hop dance class... so many options.
