So I have changed my goal weight from 119 to 115, well since i am pretty short my weight needs to be 115 per the BMI and all that other stuff.... So now I have 6 pounds to go but I will keep at it!!! Also, working on a six pack, yes!!
From 131.5 to 121 that is a biggie :)
