gained 1.5 kilo in one week during a business trip to china. it was hard to maintain the food intake there. so i went out from ketosis. started again today. full power again to destroy 6 Kg and to hit the target 💪💪
188.5 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
