stepped on the scale today.. just to see and it looks like if I keep on track I will lose another 1-2 lbs this week... of course Saturday is drinking and fun and dancing so that will have to be my cheat day.

I started putting Sensa on all my food a couple of weeks back.. but man it is hard to remember to do that... I am thinking it is more about just a mind game. if you have to sprinkle before you eat it is makes you truly look at what you are eating.... the little orange packets for your water though I do think have something going for them.. I am starving by 10:30 a.m. (especially on days I work out) and I add that to my water and I am not hungry anymore..)

Hmm... okay that is all for now... I do love this website.. it rocks for making food easy to find, tracking both food and work outs as well as weight and journals. The only thing that other websites tracked that this one does not is water consumption... which is not big deal but interesting given different websites put different emphasis on stuff.
