I am so surprised by this weight loss. Was out of town all weekend doing some work. Ate junk food but not a lot of food, in general. Not the most healthy weekend but I'll take it. Back to the gym today😄😄
148.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 8.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
