I have been following The Theravegan Diet now for almost four weeks. My sister needs to do this for her heart, so I am doing it also. I have been a vegetarian before and this is not hard for me. I love eating healthy! We have two books: Reverse and Prevent Heart Disease and Forks Over Spoons. We saw all this on CNN. We are on our way to being healthier and feeling better.
